Kami is one of the main protagonists of Imigrantes Road, and is friends with Socorro, Bento and Elize. Unlike her coworkers, Kami has not currently been influenced by either Peteca[1] or the Fundação Mariposa[2], as she has not displayed similar problems, such as hallucinations and seizures. Kami has noticed that something is wrong with her friends and displays deep concern for their mental states. She has currently taken things into her own hands and began investigations on her twitter[3], working with fans to find out the truth.
Most of the information about Kami can be found from her Twitter account, which has been active since July 16, 2022. For almost a year of activity, a huge amount of important plot information was presented on it. Due the support of caring users, she managed to find Socorro’s SpaceHey account[4], the MARIPOSATRUTH blog[5], and also remembered the name of Bento and Elize’s band - Papo Furado (approx. translation: “Bullshit”).
The most notable detail of the bowewryelectrik account is the direct interaction she conducts with ARG players. Her conversations with various twitter users, particularly Watermelon446 and Zigys_9th_Plane, revealed that the time on her computer is about 15 and a half years behind the present[6]. Judging by this and various internet cultural shocks she expresses[7], it is evident that with the help of Twitter, Kami communicates with people from the future (our current year of 2023) while still living in her year of 2007. Since the publication of the post with the discovery of MARIPOSATRUTH on May 9, 2023, the account has been essentially abandoned, with her stating “I don’t think I want to be here anymore.” It is unknown what caused Kami to leave.
